Spring is Here

praising the Lord!

her wrists are getting chubby

can you see the resemblance?

she REALLY likes sleeping in our bed...just for naptime though

at the lake

her favorite person to be with

The weather has been warming up considerably and we've even made it down to the lake to hang out together -- with a healthy picnic of pepsi and potatoe chips. :) Moriah is seven weeks old...it's gone so fast just like everyone keeps saying. I'm feeling more and more back to my old self, as far as birth recovery goes. It's amazing how as soon as the baby pops out, all the troubles you've dealt with for months, such as waddling, sore feet, and lower-back aches, are magically gone. (Though quickly replaces by NO SLEEP, and lots of yellow poop) We are VERY TIRED. Moriah has slept through the night (11pm-5am) twice in a row, but then quickly reverted back to waking up at least once in the middle of the night to eat...which seems to take forever when you're half asleep. It's probably due to her 6-week growth spurt so I hope she'll be doing better. On a happier note, she's started smiling! Not the gassy smiles, but the real life ones where she stares at you with an O-shaped mouth, like she's trying to say something, then breaks out into this adorable grin....it's sooo CUTE! Anyways, there will be some smiles posted shortly so you can see for yourself. :)

One Month Old

in honor of Aunt Allie

She's tipping the scales at 10.2 lbs...above her weigh requirements so far.

she peed all over the bed so the next photo shoot will have to be with a diaper.

just chillin..

Moriah actually loves getting changed and seems to like the cold wipes...strange.

she's got a good amount of hair back here, but she's still pretty bald in the front.
